I just recently went camping...

I wish I could show you pictures but I thought I'd share this.. I'm from San Francisco and just recently went out to the sticks and was amazed at the difference in the sky..

    I miss the stars. Here in the city I've met people who didn't even know you can see satellites if you're out in the countryside.

    I was just in San Fran, and it's a constant 9, if you're lucky. I had trouble seeing the planets most of the time. Light pollution blows.
